Can I have my order rushed?
Absolutely. All of our gift boxes are shipped next day delivery wherever possible, and there is no charge for this service Monday - Friday. All we ask is that you submit your order by Noon on the day of shipping, and we’ll take care of the rest. Unfortunately we are unable to ship next day to some rural areas of Scotland, and we will advise.
As this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?
We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us at hello@giftsbymint.com and we'll try our very best to make this happen.
How much does expedited shipping cost?
There is no charge for next day delivery Monday - Friday. This is part of our service.
My tracking number says the gift was delivered, but my recipient never received it?
If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, we’ll do everything in our power to locate it.
Do you ship everywhere in the UK?
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
What if my recipient prefers a different wine or spirit to the one shown for the gift I have selected?
No problem. Simply select the wine or spirit you know they would prefer at point of purchase and we’ll take care of it, at no additional charge.
Can I include a personalised note with my order?
Yes, we would be delighted to include your personal message - simply complete your note in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on an elegant notecard and placed within your box when shipped.
Help, I accidentally supplied the incorrect information – can I make changes to my order?
We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as an amendment to an incorrect address or name. Please email us at hello@giftsbymint.com and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
What is your returns policy?
At Gifts by Mint, it is our goal to make the giving and receiving of gifts a seamless enjoyable experience. We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us at hello@giftsbymint.com and we’ll do all we can to make it right.
My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient?
We never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We guarantee that your recipient will never receive a package that has pricing listed anywhere.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation emailed to your address which will include a tracking number.
Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on its way?
No that won’t happen. Our process ensures the recipient will be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them directly. Gifts by Mint only send your chosen gift.
